The Auditor General of Somalia, H.E. Mohamed Mohamud Ali, delivered a keynote today at the Elevation SAI Seminar virtually hosted by the African Organization of English-speaking Supreme Audit Institutions (AFROSAI-E).

In his address, the Auditor General shared his experience with the StrengthsFinder Assessment Tool designed to help organizations and individual leaders enhance their potential for building strength.

While emphasizing its critical importance and how it helps the leadership maximize the institutional capacity of the Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) during critical times, AG Mohamed remarked that “As Auditor Generals, a great responsibility is placed upon us. Therefore, I believe that this assessment is beneficial in terms of understanding our leadership style, which is conducive to implementing effective strategies, increasing our team’s work productivity, and creating a positive and successful working atmosphere.”

“It will help maximize your leadership potential and elevate the institutional capacity of your SAI.” The AG went on to conclude.
